Primo Ceramic Grills Warranty Terms, Quality, Guarantee, Returns and Exchanges

 The characteristics of each product are indicated in the e-mail. in the store www.bbq.lt and www.primogrill.lt . The seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods in reality may differ slightly (in color, size, etc.) from those shown on the Internet, due to the characteristics of the Buyer's screen (monitor, phone screen). The seller ensures that all the goods presented are new, high-quality and unused, unless the goods otherwise stated in the description. 

  • Seller Primo Ceramic Grills provides a limited lifetime warranty for the grills and all ceramic parts sold. The warranty applies to the first buyer or owner of the grill who purchased the grill from an official Primo Ceramic Grills distributor or representative and registered the grill on the official Primo Ceramic grills website. https://www.primogrill.com/register.html, The warranty is valid as long as the barbecue belongs to the person who bought it. 
  • Up to 5 years of warranty applies to all metal parts of Primo Ceramic Grills, except cast iron parts.
  • 2-year warranty applies to other products, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

 

The exact warranty period is specified in the characteristics of each product. In order to deliver the goods for warranty repair, the Buyer must have the documents of purchase of the goods. The buyer has the right to return the wrong goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. The buyer who wants to return the purchased item must ensure that: 

  • The item was not used.
  • The product is undamaged, all the components are included and the product is the same as the one received by the Buyer.
  • The original factory packaging of the product is preserved and intact.
  • Product label preserved and intact.
  • The buyer has saved a document proving the purchase of goods (eg: VAT invoice).

A buyer who wants to return an unsatisfied product must fill out a free-form application and indicate the reason for the return.

The money paid, including the cost of delivery of the product paid by the user, must be returned within 14 days at the latest. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the consumer returns the item or provides proof that the item was sent to the Seller.

  • Money for returned goods is transferred strictly only to the payer's bank account.
  • In the case of a return, the Seller does not reimburse the Buyer for the cost of paying for the order.
  • Return shipping costs for quality items exchanged or returned are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Food products are not returnable or exchangeable 
  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be returned. The coupon is valid for 6 months. The expiration date is indicated on the coupon. The validity date of the coupon starts from the date of payment of the order.
  • One gift voucher can be paid once, using its entire amount. If the purchase amount is higher, you can pay with your own money, if it is lower, no refund is given.

 

No warranty applies

 

Primo Ceramic Grills warranty terms are based on reasonableness criteria and reasonable use of the grill. If the grills are used for commercial purposes, then the seller applies a limited warranty of 1 (one) year.

Warranty does not apply:

  • Due to force majeure, war, unrest, effects of climate change, natural disasters;
  • Due to dents, splits, cracks, small cosmetic cracks in the outer glaze, which do not affect the performance of Primo Ceramic Grills;
  • Due to intentional or unintentional infringement;
  • If the damage occurred during the transport of the barbecue or during other transportation;
  • using non-genuine Primo Cerami Grills parts or accessories.
  • Using the barbecue in commercial activities, repurposing original parts, improper operation, using an unstable base;
  • Due to improper operation, lack of maintenance, natural wear and tear.

 

Other conditions:

The buyer, who believes that his rights have been violated, must contact the seller in writing and outline his requirements no later than three months from the day of the violation. The seller must examine the request free of charge within 14 days at the latest and provide a detailed, motivated written answer based on documents. If the problem cannot be solved, the Buyer has the right to apply to the entity that resolves consumer disputes out of court (State Consumer Rights Protection Service, address Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or to the court.
